1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BigPlanDJ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including tenant administrators, team members, and clients accessing the platform.

2. Description of Service

BigPlanDJ is a multi-tenant business management platform designed for DJ companies and entertainment professionals. The Service includes event management, client communication, contract handling, payment processing, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with multiple tiers. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Free trial periods, when offered, allow full access to the Service. No payment information is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. You may export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigPlanDJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
